No. OV Realty provides real estate advisory and transaction coordination. It does not custody, exchange or transmit digital assets and does not provide legal, tax or investment advice.
What verification is required?
Expect identity, sanctions, beneficial-owner and source-of-funds checks, together with any wallet analysis, provider, DLD/RERA, escrow and project-specific documentation required for the transaction.
What should I confirm before transferring funds?
Confirm the eligible asset and network, conversion basis, fees, timing, refund treatment and independently verified written settlement instructions. Never send assets to a wallet supplied through an unverified message.
